We accept returns only under the following conditions:

* The product must be *unused, in its **original packaging, and include all **tags and accessories*.
* A *clear, unedited video* of the item must be emailed to *filzajewels@gmail.com* at the time of filing the return request.
*Return Process:*
1. Send an email to *filzajewels@gmail.com* with your *order number, along with **photos and a video* of the item.
2. Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.
*Important:*
After return approval, the customer may choose to receive either:
* A *replacement/exchange* of the same or a similar product (subject to availability), or
* A *full refund* to the original payment method.
