 Order Cancellations & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them by emailing  filzajewels@gmail.com or calling +91 8981427127.

  • If the order has not shipped, a full refund (minus payment transaction fees) will be issued.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Exchange Policy
As a wholesale manufacturer, we do not offer refunds on orders once dispatched. However, if a product is damaged or defective in transit, we will provide an exchange or refund after verification.

  • Verification requires clear photos/videos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Claims made after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
